A five-timeline spanning story with Oscar Issac and Olivia Wilde as a couple and lots of bad stuff happens to them. Mainly just being in this movie.

Jack Black and Cate Blanchette are wizards who live in a wonderfully weird and magic old house and along with Jack’s orphaned nephew, have to stop the apocalyptic plans of the home’s former owner, a deranged evil warlock.
