SPIRAL MOVIE REVIEW
One of Shudder’s newest offerings for horror fans during the spooky season is…a mostly quiet drama about trauma and bigotry. Well, alright then. “Spiral” stars Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman as Malik and Ari Cohen as Aaron, a gay couple in 1995 who have recently moved to a serene rural town with their daughter Kayla. The neighbors are friendly at first but they quickly seem to turn sinister. Can Malik get his loved ones to safety? Can this movie escape its horrible poster that you should probably avoid looking up if you don’t want things spoiled for you? And can our reviewers Davey, Bradley, Adrian, and Lewayne find their thoughts on this film before the spiral takes them too? Find out now!
Subscribers at TIME LORD level or above can watch the longer, uncut, video version of the review right here.
