PHINEAS AND FERB THE MOVIE: CANDACE AGAINST THE UNIVERSE
Dan Povenmire’s and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh’s long running animated series Phineas and Ferb returns to Disney+ in a brand new feature length film “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe”. Throughout all 104 days of Summer vacation, Candace (Ashley Tisdale) has tried and failed to bust her little brothers, as is the way in their family. But them the unexpected happens: she is abducted by a mysterious alien spacecraft. Phineas (Vincent Martella) and Ferb (David Errigo Jr.) along with several of the other regular characters from the show, embark on a dangerous rescue mission full of songs, kid-friendly humour, and life lessons. Meanwhile, Candace has met the alien leader who offers her a choice: she must decide between being special or being a part of a family. Brad, Shak, Dogget, and Lewayne talk about the series they all grew up with (in one way or another) as the discuss the television show’s past and groove on the overall charming nature of the Disney Channel’s most endearing and triumphant animated series.
