INFESTATION: FANTASTIC FEST 2020 ONLINE – DAY 5 & 6
Chris, Alan, Matt, and Ben, with the help of special guests Antonio and Terry, discuss the last two days of events and films at Fantastic Fest this year. They take a look at the Quebec film “Laughter”, the Christmas crime comedy “How To Deter a Robber”, talk about the Bowling Night special event, and look at the best of the shorts to play from the last two nights.
Note: When discussing the shorts, we asked why there was no showcase for director Mickey Reece, whose work is profiled in one of the lengthier shorts that played. This morning they announced a six pack of his films available at Alamo on Demand from the ‘Flyover Fassbender’ whose film “Strike Dear Mistress and Cure His Heart” played the fest in 2018 and “Climate of the Hunter” played in 2019.
