WEATHERING WITH YOU MOVIE REVIEW
Makoto Shinkai, the acclaimed writer and director behind Your Name, has finally brought his almost as acclaimed follow-up to America with Weathering With You. The story follows Hodaka (Kotaro Daigo/Brandon Engman), a high school boy living in Tokyo during an exceptionally rainy season. One day, his path crosses with an orphan girl named Hina (Nana Mori/Ashley Boettcher) and they become friends. The twist? Hodaka learns that Hina has the ability to change the weather. How will this affect their connection? Shak, Bradly, Max, and Daniel ‘Dogget’ hope that this movie is all sunshine and rainbows, but is it? Or is it going to rain on their parade?
