Highly Suspect Reviews: Cats

Cats Movie Review

First thing, I feel like I should apologize. Our review for the cinematic adaptation of the long-running Broadway play Cats is…a little chaotic at points. In our defense, it’s not really our fault. There are no brains left. We are melted. To quote someone I saw on twitter today, “if you were to judge films by the number of times I muttered wow in the theater, I liked Cats as much as Parasite”. Please picture now the image of me violently throwing up a hairball and then calling a suicide hotline. Chris, Jennifer, Beau, Alan, and Frank all (for reasons I can only assume are self-destructive) wanted to be on this review. So here it is. Pray for us.

STARRING: James Corden, Judi Dench, Jason Derulo, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, Ian McKellen, Taylor Swift, Rebel Wilson, Francesca Hayward, Les Twins, Laurie Davidson, Melissa Madden Gray, Steven McRae, Bluey Robinson, Zizi Strallen, Mette Towley, Eric Underwood, Ray Winstone, Cory English
