THE LIGHTHOUSE MOVIE REVIEW
The Witch’s Robert Eggers is back with his newest vision of unspeakable horror, The Lighthouse. Set in the late 19th century, we follow two lighthouse ‘wickys’ (Robert Pattinson and Willem Dafoe) as they begin a four week stint tending a remote lighthouse. Over time though, Pattinson’s character suspects something is amiss about Dafoe’s bizarre behavior. But is this truly the case or is Pattinson simply going crazy himself? Justin, Lexie, Rose, and Max have gathered together to shed light on this movie. Did it send a well deserved shiver down their spine or were they simply left adrift at sea? There is a spoiler talk by the end of the review.
