LET IT SNOW MOVIE REVIEW

It’s time for an onslaught of Netflix Christmas movies with the release of Let It Snow. Adapted from a book from Maureen Johnson, John Green, and Lauren Myracle, the film follows an ensemble cast dealing with life, love, and Christmas when a snowstorm hits their town. Among them are a young girl (Isabela Merced) who must decide between college and taking care of her sick mom, a pop star (Shameik Moore) stranded by the storm, a girl (Liv Hewson) working at a waffle restaurant who has a crush on a cheerleader (Anna Akana), a guy (Mitchell Hope) who is secretly in love with his best friend (Kiernan Shipka), and much more. Sounds like the usual young adult novel drivel right? Well, you might be surprised. Justin sat in this review to hear what Daniel, Bradly, and Max had to say about this holiday movie that might actually be one of the better options to let your teens watch on Netflix.
