WAVES MOVIE REVIEW
Tyler has got it all going for him. He’s a star on his wrestling team, lives with an affluent family, gets good grades, has a beautiful girlfriend and a solid relationship…until we start to see the cracks form. The film Waves presents Tyler’s story in a dynamic, dizzying, and unforgettable visual style with a wildly solid score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross and it will stress you out and break your heart. And that’s just the first half of the movie. Chris, Alan, Frank, Marco, and Bobby got to see this latest A24 release which debuted to huge acclaim at Telluride this year but they have some quibbles. Check out their review here.
