Highly Suspect Reviews: Raise Hell – The Life and Times of Molly Ivins

Raise Hell: The Life and Times of Molly Ivins Movie Review

Raise Hell – The Life and Times of Molly Ivins Movie Review

If you lived in Texas, you probably know who Molly Ivins was. If you followed political commentary from the left, you definitely knew who Molly Ivins was. A brilliant writer, unafraid firebrand, laugh-out-loud humorist, Ivins was one of a kind. Hard to believe she was raised in the Lone Star State, considering how loudly and prominently she took on the right-wing politicians in the 70s-2000s. Comparisons to Mark Twain are inevitable and justified, and you’ll believe it when you watch this VERY funny documentary tributing the life and work of this incredible lady. Chris, Marco, and a new addition to our roster, Harmoni, give their reviews.
