Hosts: Chris Cox and Guests
The Gathering is a bi-weekly party-podcast for Brown Coat and above subscribers at Oneofus.net. Every week at OOU studios (re: Chris’s house) the party is on for contributors, and sometimes fans, of the site, sponsored by Oskar Blues Brewing Company! All topics are on the table when this crazy group show goes into action.
Our party-podcast returns with a look at all the best films of the last decade. This one was kind of a battle and yes, it got a bit chaotic at times, but that’s The Gathering for you. Subscribers at BROWN COAT level or above can check it out right here. Our first segment, however, is a love letter to our dear departed Patience Robinson-Campos and we kept it open and free for anyone to listen to and join us in remembering why she is so loved.
Our party-podcast for BROWN COAT and above subscribers returns with first, an in-depth look at one of our favorite shows that just came to a magnificent ending, The Good Place. Then we do three more segments with everyone chiming in on the movies/shows/games/comics they are most anticipating in this new year. Check it all out right here.
The Gathering comes together for our look at the best of everything in 2019. And boy, did the OOU contributors come out in force for this one. It took FOUR segments this time to get everything out we wanted to talk about and that includes a first segment where everyone finally gets a chance to get their thoughts out on Rise of Skywalker including (as requested by fans) the input of Richard Whittaker. This was SO much fun to do and we can’t wait for you to hear it. All ya gotta do is be a subscriber to Oneofus.net at the BROWN COAT level or above and then you can click right here to hear the whole epic party.
Our party podcast for subscribers levels BROWN COAT and above returns as the gang, all anxious after many months of summer break, to get back to the heavy partying and geek-talkin’. Lots of folks showed up to discuss all sorts of stuff (including more arguing about Joker, but this time between Martin and Johnny Neill). Subscribers, click here to check out all three segments of the new party!
This final installment of our first season of The Gathering features the return of Chicago Jon, a visit by an old friend and former master of Animated Anarchy, Scott Johnson, and discussions of Tuca & Bertie, those old movie tie-in novelizations, some of the crazy stuff that the Spill fans used to get up to during the Spill Dot Cons, Chris FINALLY gets to talk about Doom Patrol with people who’ve seen it, and much more!
Although this week made for a smaller turn-out than usual, the discussion was no less fun as our party-people discuss Avengers: Endgame, Barry Season 2, music, and so much more!
The party never dies at The Gathering. This week listen to the whole gang, including Martin, Jason Murphy, and more, as we discuss the new seasons of The Tick, The OA, Barry, Santa Clarita Diet, and much more.
Subscribers at Oneofus.net gather round for the episode of our party-podcast that also doubled this week as the birthday party for our fearless leader, Chris. If this week seems a bit more chaotic than usual that’s just because so many great folks showed up for it including some voices you haven’t heard on the show for a very long time. Join the crew for their raucous discussion of Doom Patrol, Pet Sematary, the events at SXSW, and much more.
The Gathering returns with our crew of lovable miscreants this time discussing the ups and downs of Netflix’s “The Umbrella Academy” and lots of other WILDLY ranging discussions including how some of us rebelled in our younger years, dealing with personal attacks online, and much more.
Hey geeky party people, The Gathering is back with an assortment of colorful characters as we have another round-table episode with everyone picking something they’re really into lately for us to discuss. Topics include the Netflix shows Sex Education, Russian Doll and MUCH more.
The whole gang is here for our whopping 22nd party of The Gathering and this week…we have a topic. Two, actually. Part one of the podcast we explore all the theories out there aboutAvengers: Endgame and decide which hold water and which don’t. Parts two and three we talk about the best endings of all time, to movies, tv shows, video games, etc.
The gang’s all here to talk about what they’re looking forward to in 2019.
This week this episode of The Gathering says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Check out the whole OOU crew as they discuss best Christmas presents, best of everything of 2018, and a whole lot more
Holiday madness is in full swing. Oneofus.net’s party-podcast takes on Christmas music, tells REAL (?) ghost stories around the internet yule log, and in general, madness ensues.
Hey you Brown Coat and above subscribers, The Gathering is here and it’s one hell of a rocking episode with a full cast of characters discussing The Best and Worst of Christmas, with every interpretation of that imaginable.
This week our podcast for subscribers (Brown Coat level and above) celebrates their 17th gathering with THREE segments. We get into deep (spoiler) discussions about Castlevania, The Haunting of Hill House, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and so much more.
After a brief forced hiatus, The Gathering returns in full force and this week we talk about horror…but not movies. The theme was specifically, favorite horror other than movies, which leaves a lot of room open for interpretation and we got some really great answers.
In what might be the largest assemblage of oneofus-ers and friends we’ve yet assembled for our show, our party-podcast takes on its first topic-centric episode with Cult Movies. Everybody gets a chance to give one or two of their personal favorite examples and defend them and we even get a few first-timers on the show, including the much-missed Jason Murphy.
Our party podcast reconvenes for the 14th time and has a grand old time talking Disenchantment, Castle Rock, Stan Against Evil and TONS more.
The Gathering took a week off but only because our own Johnny Neill decided he wanted to throw a combination episode/pool party/epic bbq at his house. So, things sound a bit different (decidedly more echoey), the insanity is a bit more off the hook, and there’s a lot of new guests. Doesn’t change it from being the type of Gathering that you all know and love with discussions of everything from Johnny’s trip to Thailand (with lots of inappropriate humor…I apologize in advance) to the show Insatiable on Netflix, to….womanly concerns.
Our subscriber podcast The Gathering returns for our twelfth party and it is full on as we discuss all sorts of geeky stuff for your ear holes.
SUBSCRIBER ALERT!! This week on the Gathering, our gaggle of geeks gather and discuss Luke Cage Season 2 amongst many other things and then in Part three, artist and owner of Nakatomi, Inc Tim Doyle joins us for the discussion.
The Gathering has reconvened and for you noobs out there, that means that the party is on! At least, if you’re a Brown Coat subscriber or above. And this ain’t just one measly little cast, but three separate hour long casts! In yer part one, you got Patience making us all eat weird sandwiches from the early 20th century and there are…mixed results. In parts two and three, we talk in depth about Legion Season 2, Westworld Season 2, and much more.
It’s time for you to take your bi-weekly dose of the party-podcast that rocks that is…The Gathering. This week there are THREE segments and we cover all sorts of stuff including…wait for it…comic books. And wait till you see some of our surprise guests. Sure, it’s a little more chaotic than most podcasts, to be sure, but we keep it under reigns as best we can.
The gang reunites for their bi-weekly party for Brown Coat subscribers and above. This episode we answer listener questions and strangely spend a lot of time on bad movies, good music, and crazy drug stories.
This week’s party podcast The Gathering was BY FAR our largest group of attendees yet. So much so that not even everyone who attended got a chance to show up on mic. But what you do get is more of that party-discussion format you’ve come to enjoy where we talk about what we think is going to happen in Avengers 4 (pt 1), spoiler discussion for Legion, Black Lightning, and Cobra Kai (pt 2), and unfettered madness with probably more TMI than you ever wanted (pt 3).
This week our bi-weekly(ish) party-podcast just for you Brown Coat and above subscribers goes into overdrive as along with many of our usual crew we got C. Robert Cargill and his wife Jessica, and Mr. Rage Select himself, Jeff Schuessler! And what’s more, the whole show has three parts so it’s like you get THREE podcasts in one week with all this crazy goodness for your subscription dollar.
You subscribers are in for a real treat this week as the gang is joined by Brian Salisbury making his first appearance on the show, and it’s not one you’ll want to miss. We discuss 80s movies (well, Salisbury is here, so of course), the new HBO show Barry, the first episode of season 2 of Legion, and holy crap, more stuff than is possible to remember (outside of fuzzy recollection).
Ready to join the party? Strap in for three segments this week of our crazed party podcast starring folks from all across the Oneofus landscape with plenty of folks this week who had yet to attend one of our little soirées. We discuss drugs, food, lots of tv and movies, and some stuff that I’m not even sure about because my memory gets a little fuzzy towards the end.
Our Oneofus Crew bi-weekly party continues this week and we finally found a Saturday when Martin Thomas didn’t already have plans! The whole gang has a great time talking comparative fast food, The Tick, Duncan Jones’ Mute, and we dogpile on poor Kyle who totally brought his a-game bringing us his spicy bloody marys to drink. Man, you put some whiskey in these people and watch out!
Our bi-weekly party meet-up continues with lots of the folks from the last one, and a bunch more new voices, albeit ones you’ll recognize from elsewhere on the site. The word is getting out that The Gathering is fun, albeit chaotic. It’s a recording of a party, so a bit of chaos is gonna happen. This week we talk, well, everything. It was honestly hard to keep track.
