THE BABYSITTER: KILLER QUEEN MOVIE REVIEW

The Babysitter returns…well, eventually. But first, this Netflix sequel to the popular 2017 horror-comedy catches up with the young star Cole (Judah Lewis) now a few years older but even more of a hopeless nerd than ever before. He reluctantly agrees to let his best friend/hopeful love interest Melanie (Emily Alyn Lind) drag him out to a lake boat party when lo and behold….the same shit starts to happen. The older kids (seriously, except for Bella Thorne all in their 30s now) from the first film return to seek out Cole’s blood again while he goes on the run with a punk rawk new girl at school (Jenna Ortega). Our crew were ultimately somewhat divided when it came to this one. Listen to Chris, Dogget, Harmoni, and Aaron discuss what makes a good horror sequel and whether or not this is one.
