The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 3 Review

THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL FINAL SEASON TV REVIEW

Amazon’s hit series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is back for another round of stand-up and comedic antics. The season picks up immediately after the cliffhanger in season two, where Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) is beginning her new job as the opening act for musician Shy Baldwin (Leroy McClain). Meanwhile, her manager Susie (Alex Borstein) is being recruited by Midge’s professional nemesis Sophie Lennon (Jane Lynch), her father Abe (Tony Shalhoub) is being lured into the world of communist literature, her mother Rose (Marin Hinkle) is trying to secure the family’s financial future, her husband Joel (Michael Zegen) is trying to open a club, and so much more is happening. There have been some back and forth opinions on this season’s quality compared to the previous season, and unfortunately that hasn’t changed here. Which side of the debate do Justin, Rose, Lexie, and Daniel ‘Dogget’ fall on? Nathan sits in the audience to hear each of these four reviewers perform their incredibly in-depth stand-up on the highs and lows of this season.
