Screener Squad: In Fabric

In Fabric Movie Review

IN FABRIC MOVIE REVIEW

The director of the very odd and experimental Berberian Sound Studio and The Duke of Burgundy returns with another shot across the bow of mainstream cinema with In Fabric. Here, he tells the story of the weirdest-ass department store ever, its cult of shoppers, and a haunted(?) dress that marks its wearers and then claims them. I don’t know how to describe this in words in a way that will make sense, really, as In Fabric is meant to be taken in, laughed with, WTFed with, and you’re either gonna go with it or you’re not. What did our critics say? Chris, Tessa, Marco, Mindy, and Frank are here to give you the report.
