It’s the near-future and a man (Logan Marshall-Green) who doesn’t cotton to all those new-fangled driverless cars and implanted chips finds himself paralyzed and a widower after a random attack. A wealthy man (Harrison Gilbertson) convinces him to let him secretly and with full non-disclosure implant a chip into his neck that will give him full mobility again. But there’s a LOT more to that little chip than that and a bunch of stuff that he doesn’t know that will lead to, well, some pretty amazing action.
