First debuting on the GameCube 11 years ago, Resident Evil 4 is widely considered to be one of the best and most important survival-horror games ever created. A distinctly different title in terms of tone and gameplay to its predecessors, the game follows secret service agent and former Raccoon city police officer Leon S. Kennedy, who is sent on a top secret mission to rescue the U.S. President’s kidnapped daughter from a dangerous cult with plans of world domination.
Recently remastered (again) for the PS4 and Xbox One, We Are Error’s Chris Herman and Jon Romo have taken it upon themselves to play Capcom’s re-re-release of Resident Evil 4 to see if the beloved title holds up a decade later. Listen, would you kindly?
