Oscilloscope Laboratories’ upcoming film Coherence is equal parts science-fiction thriller and relationship drama. The story revolves around eight friends as they meet up for a dinner party on the same night as an abnormality in the cosmos. The events in the stars cause a series of horrifying disturbances down on our planet, endangering the party guests while simultaneously testing their friendships.

Coherence was written and directed by James Ward Byrkit, and it stars Emily Baldoni, Maury Sterling, Nicholas Brendon, Elizabeth Gracen, Alex Manugian (who also conceived of the story), Lauren Maher, Hugo Armstrong and Lorene Scafaria. You can check out the film’s trailer down below and the film itself will be released in theatres and on VOD on June 20th.
